Key Responsibilities
  • Overlook multiple properties.

  • Communicate with property managers.
  • Check in and stay up to date with clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Mandatory background screening.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have a reliable pickup truck.
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Great attitude and good communication.

Bulk Removal

Job Description
  • Must own a truck.
  • Must own a trailer.
  • Must have insurance.
  • Must be an approved subcontractor.
  • Must have E.I.N. or S.S.N.

Trash Porter Job Description

Need hardworking individuals for door-to-door trash pickup. You will take bagged trash from each unit downstairs to the on-site trash compactors or dumpsters. We offer thorough training while past experience is recommended.
Work Rain Or Shine
Be prepared to work and collect bagged trash, rain or shine.
Must Be Healthy
Be in good physical condition. You will have to climb steps to retrieve bagged trash from each apartment.
Punctuality
Must have great work ethic, be reliable and be on time!
Communication
Daily contact with your assigned Regional Manager. You must check in each service night.
