Our Service
  Capital Waste Valet provides durable, leak resistant, trash bins which residents will use to place their garbage

in, then place it by the front door any time between 6pm-8pm. After 8PM our uniformed trash porter goes door to

door, 5-nights or 7-nights a week, to each unit inspecting the area, as well as the waste receptacle, making sure

nothing  needs to be cleaned up or replaced. The trash is then placed in our newer model truck, which we will take

and dispose of all garbage collected. Our team double checks each unit to ensure that all the bins have been

emptied and the designated area is in pristine condition.

  • Bag, tie securely, and place your trash in the 13 gallon CWV container provided.

  • Place your recycling bags (blue or green) inside of or on top of your CWV container provided.

  • No loose trash.

  • Double bag all pet waste.

  • No bags over 25 lbs.

  • No broken glass or sharp objects.

  • No oversized items including furniture, large boxes, etc.
  • Capital Waste Valet provides each resident with one 13 gallon waste container.

  • Place your container with trash tied securely outside of your door anytime between 6PM and 8PM on scheduled service nights.

  • Please breakdown all cardboard boxes and place them behind or underneath your provided container between 6PM and 8PM.

  • COLLECTION STARTS AFTER 8PM.
  • BRING YOUR CONTAINER BACK INSIDE BY 9AM.

  • Containers left out during the day may result in interruption of your service.

  • (No service on: Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve/Day.)
